Offices in California, Pennsylvania and Texas Take on New AC Lordi Consulting and Peopleflex Accounting Professionals Names

WEST CHESTER, PA - (September 10, 2007) – Carpathia Corporation, one of the country’s fastest growing providers of consulting, search and staffing services for the accounting and finance industry, today unveiled the AC Lordi Consulting and Peopleflex Accounting Professionals brands nationwide for its complementary business lines. The new brands unite the company’s offices across the country under the same names for the first time.

“The re-branding of Carpathia Corporation’s operating businesses signifies our transformation into a single firm, with a distinct vision, voice and brands. AC Lordi Consulting unites the former A4C in California and Lordi Consulting in the Northeast. All offices now offer premium accounting, internal audit and business advisory services, including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal audit. Peopleflex Accounting Professionals brings together the teams that provide executive search and staff augmentation services for accounting and finance professionals. The synergy between the two businesses allows them to share resources and offer comprehensive solutions tailored to fit specific client needs. Together they service a broad range of companies from start-ups through multi-national organizations.

The re-branding effort affects each Carpathia region as follows:

Greater Philadelphia:
In the Philadelphia area, where the company is headquartered, Lordi Consulting is now AC Lordi Consulting and Peopleflex has taken the enhanced moniker Peopleflex Accounting Professionals. The two firms became part of Carpathia Corporation in October 2005.

“Becoming AC Lordi Consulting and Peopleflex Accounting Professionals indicates more than just a name change; it represents a new platform for our companies as national players with national presence,” said Frank Lordi, Managing Principal of AC Lordi Consulting.

San Francisco Bay Area:
San Francisco’s A4C now markets its services under the AC Lordi Consulting name. The Nolan Group, based in Walnut Creek, has become Peopleflex Accounting Professionals. Both companies joined Carpathia Corporation in 2006.

Southern California:
Laguna Hills-based Corporate DNA joined Carpathia in 2006 and is now known as Peopleflex Accounting Professionals. AC Lordi Consulting will be organically established to service the Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego markets, with the Irvine location continuing to host the company’s regional headquarters for Southern California.

Financial Additions, which became part of Carpathia Corporation in 2006, assumes the Peopleflex Accounting Professionals brand and provides the foundation for building an AC Lordi Consulting practice.
