Rob Fenton is a Principal and Chief FInancial Officer with 25 years of experience in accounting and reporting. Rob's background includes extensive experience in manufacturing accounting, acquisitions, divestitures, public offerings, corporate finance and financial planning. Prior to joining AC Lordi, Rob served as the Corporate Controller for Case New Holland (CNH) which has over $12 billion in revenue and Saint-Gobain Corporation which has over $37 billion in revenue worldwide. At CNH, he managed the corporate finance group to support worldwide operations, including a staff of 150 finance professionals. At Saint-Gobain, he managed a staff of 25 and supported 6 operating divisions comprising 30,000 North American employees. Rob holds both a BS and a Masters in Economics from Pennsylvania State University.
