Alpha Innotech Corporation develops, manufactures, and markets digital imaging and detection systems for the Life Science research and Drug Discovery markets.
Business Challenge:
As a non-accelerated filer, Alpha Innotech needed to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley by March 31 in order to file their 10-KSB with the appropriate disclosures. As of mid-December, however, they had yet to begin any kind of initiative toward this compliance.
